Pros and Cons of Wings

I wonder how it would feel to fly,

To be able to spread literal wings,

Instead of simply my shoulder blades.

Ignoring my fear of heights,

For the freeing feeling of touching the clouds.

Instead of using a car, being able to fly

From place to place, instead of polluting

The air and spending money on gas.

The problem is, would people

Not let me live my life?

Kidnap me for science?

How would I wear clothes?

Would I have to customize everything?

I wonder how it would feel to fly,

Being able to spread my huge, white wings

And take to that clear, blue, beautiful sky.
