As we approach Summer 2021, I want to share some of my all-time favorite TV shows. You can watch all of these shows on Netflix, and they all have new seasons coming out this summer! Grab your popcorn, and get ready to watch these binge-worthy picks!
1. “Outer Banks”
“Outer Banks” follows a group of Pogue teenagers who are determined to find out what happened to the missing father of the group leader, John B. Along their journey, they discover a hidden treasure that links to John B’s father. Netflix released the first season containing ten episodes on April 15, 2020. This drama series is action-packed and recommended for teenagers ages 16 and older. “Outer Banks” combines a compelling storyline with a strong group of actors to create a binge-worthy TV show. Season 2 of “Outer Banks” is likely to be released in August 2021.
2. “Emily in Paris”
“Emily in Paris” follows Emily, an American millennial from Chicago who moves to Paris for an unexpected job opportunity. Emily must adjust to the challenges of living in Paris while balancing her career, new friendships and love life. Netflix released the first season containing ten episodes on October 2nd, 2020. It is a light-hearted comedy recommended for teenagers ages 15 and older. Production for season 2 of “Emily in Paris” began on May 3rd, 2021. Season 2 of “Emily in Paris” is likely to be released in late 2021 or early 2022.
3. “Selling Sunset”
“Selling Sunset” is an American reality television series about a high-end real estate brokerage in Los Angeles, California. This series follows a group of agents navigating their personal and professional lives. New agents, competition for listings, broken friendships and love affairs create drama within the group. Netflix released the third season of “Selling Sunset” on August 7, 2020. The fourth season is currently being filmed and is likely to be released late 2021 or early 2022.
