Hi, everyone! For our last Scribbling article this year, we thought we would ask your favorite teachers some essential questions! These teachers are Ms. Smith (English and 10th grade dean), Dr. Krug (Physics), Mr. Kosegarten (English), Ms. Hummel (History), Ms. Reddinger (Chemistry), Ms. Keener (12th-grade dean), Ms. Pelson (Math), and Ms. Squeglia (English).

Dr. Krug: Believe in science and scientists!
Ms. Squeglia: “It’s ‘I’m going to LIE down,’ not ‘I’m going to LAY down!”
Question 13: Where do you not mind waiting?
Ms. Smith: “In a waiting room, if I have a book or magazine.”
Dr. Krug: “In line for ‘Harry Potter’ midnight book releases.”
Ms. Pelson: “A doctor's office with good magazines…”
Ms. Keener: “I don't mind waiting in line to vote. So many have sacrificed their lives that I might have the right to stand in line and have my vote counted.”
Mr. Kosegarten: “Getting my car serviced- get reading done, have a soda, check out the lot. Surprisingly not bad.”
Question 14: If you could disinvent one thing, what would it be?
Ms. Pelson: “The PS-4!!!!!”
Dr. Krug: “The leaf blower— it is noisy, it pollutes the air, and it’s not that effective.”
Ms. Reddinger: “Cell phones! People are ruled by them and forgetting how to talk to each other.”
Question 15: Would you rather look like a potato or feel like a potato?
Ms. Hummel: “If I looked like a potato, I most likely would feel like a potato - a potential existential dilemma.”
Dr. Krug: “Feel like.”
