Snack for School
Hi! Now that we are a few months into the year, I’ve started to get into more of a routine, and something I’ve noticed in the school day is that I really need a snack around break. Lunch starts to sound delicious, but I still have so many periods till I get to it! I’ve found that I have something to look forward to if I bring a snack, so I wanted to share some ideas with you.
Popcorn: It is so easy to pack to take to school, and it is pretty filling and yummy. Some of my favorites are the Skinny Pop Sea Salt or the Boom Chicka Pop Sweet and Salty Kettle Corn.
Rice rolls: They are kind of like popcorn but more compact, and they taste really good!
Dried Fruit: Dried fruit is sometimes easier to eat than normal fruit, and it is something you can snack on throughout the whole day.
Granola: Similar to dried fruit, it is something great to snack on throughout the whole day.
Apples: These ones are really easy because sometimes you can get them at the dining room. I sometimes put peanut butter on them and make it extra filling.
Smoothie: This one would be best if you made it in the morning and had it during the beginning part of the day.
Muffins: I really enjoy making muffins to have for school because it is almost like having a dessert for a snack.
